Carrot Soup

Ingredients:

Carrot - 6 Nos
Tomato - 1 No
Garlic paste - 2 Tbsp
Pepper powder - Required qty
Salt -  Required qty
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Butter - Required qty
Coriander leaves - few

Preparation Method:

1. First remove the skin of carrot and chop it in to pieces.

2. Then cook the  tomatoes & carrots and grind to make a paste.

3. Put a pan on the stove, put the butter and wait until melted, add garlic and carrot tomato paste and stir. Allow to boil for few minutes.

4. Then add salt and garam masala powder and mix well the contents. Allow few more minutes to boil.

5. If the soup boils well then reduce the flame. Sprinkle pepper powder & garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Oatmeal Soup


Ingredients:

Oats - 1 cup
Onion - 1/2 (chopped into small pieces)
Green chillies - 1 (chopped into small pieces)
Garlic - 1 tooth (smashed)
Pepper powder - 1 pinch
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - as required

Method:

1.      Put a pan in the stove first, if the pan is heated then add the oil, onion, green chillies and garlic.   Cook until the onions get brownish.
2.      Add oatmeal and fry for 2 minutes, add water and salt, oats should be cooked until sleek.
3.      If the oats get soft, add the milk and pepper powder and wait until it is boiling.
4.      Mix well the contents, put on low fire, stir again and cook for 3 more minutes.

5.      Now Healthy oatmeal soup is ready!
